The entire rack is constructed from 316L stainless steel, featuring a piping system made of 316L sanitary tubing. All piping is welded to sanitary standards, ensuring smooth, consistent internal and external weld seams. The unit utilizes PEEK nozzles and is designed to match the operating water pressure of the washing machine. This rack can be transported into the washer via a transfer trolley, where it connects to the machine's internal piping system to clean loaded parts. It also supports offline cleaning efficacy verification while docked on the transfer trolley. The entire rack features an electropolished surface finish.
